What happens if vitamin B12 is too low?

Vitamin B12 is needed for the production of red bloodcells and the function of the nervous system.

(Red bloodcells transport oxygen to the lungs, blood transports oxygen rich blood to the rest of the body.


If you have a low amount of vitamin B12 it can cause the following ailments:

    -Anemia: (tiredness, shortness of breath, dizzyness, fainting, heart paplitations, excessive sweating, headaches and ringing in     the ears.

    -Nerve problems: (tingling sensations, lessened feeling in the fingers, memory loss, weakness in the legs, coordination             issues.)
