When is magnesium supplementation recomended?
Magnesium can be recommended when bloodtesting indicates a difficiency. This can happen because a dietary pattern which doesn't have enough magnesium (doesn't happen often) or because of a absorption disorder of magnesion following a chronic intentinal issue.
There can also be an increased need of magnesium so supplementation is needed. This can be because of pregnancy, breastfeeding or a lot of physical activity, like sports.
Magnesium supplementation can also be recommended when a customer has symptoms like:
tiredness, muscle cramps, general lethargy and lessened health of the cardiac system and bone health.
