Magnesium citrate is the form of magnesium that your body absorbs well. So it’s very valuable. Magnesium citrate only takes up a lot of space. That would mean that our multivitamins would be much larger. That makes it harder to consume. This is why we have not opted for this. Do you have a magnesium deficiency? Then we recommend using magnesium tablets in addition to a multivitamin.
